GCS 380: the fully automatic ultrasonic in-line cleaning system for mesh, woven and gauze materials, produced entirely in stainless steel. The strip material runs through three zones: ultrasonic cleaning – rinsing – drying. No other cleaning method is as efficient as ultrasonic cleaning. Even particles adhering to the finest meshes are successfully being removed. New: available also for rigid mesh. |

GCS Transcon the fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine for strips and wires. The strips (wires) run through the Transcon ultrasonic cleaning machine. |

During this process the soiling of treatments such as oil, grease etc. as well as oxides, are being removed by means of a water based detergent. The material leaves the machine dry and clean. |
